• Team & player data: Player names, jersey numbers, positions, and profile photos you upload.
• Game statistics: Scores, batting stats, schedules, and game locations you enter.
• Audio files: Walk-up songs you upload for player profiles.
• Photos & media: Player profile images and store product images you upload.
• Messages & communications: Team messages, announcements, and polls you create.
• Device information: Browser type and operating system for app functionality.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, search history, or browsing history from other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Diamond Sports Analytics service
• Send game reminders and team notifications you request
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Communicate with you about your account

2a. Data Used to Track You

We do not use any data collected in this app to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Team data is only visible to members of your team. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and team data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.

6. Children's Privacy

Diamond Sports Analytics is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

How to delete your account: Open the app, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently delete your account profile and all associated data (teams, players, stats, messages, media). Data is fully removed from our servers within 30 days of the request.

You may also submit a deletion request by emailing info@diamondsportstats.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
